Imagine if you felt completely free to express yourself fully through movement. The joy of moving freely, and feeling comfortable and happy in your body (and with your body) is worth discovering!
Some people don’t really experience their feelings until they move. Life is not lived standing still, we move. Exploring movement with a conscious intention allows us to explore how we “move through life.” It also provides a deeper connection with our bodies, a pathway for loving and appreciating our bodies… no matter what. It can also access unconscious material that is sometimes locked into the body as cellular memories that is stirred through movement. So it can be a very direct way to clear unconscious blocks and limitations. Plus, it can assist in patterning in positive ways of relating to life!
I have been performing and teaching various forms of dance and movement since 1981, and teaching conscious movement classes since 1996. One of my specialties is assisting women in healing issues with body image through movement and dance. Please contact me for class availability.
